If any of your plumbing fixtures are slow to drain or make a gurgling noise when draining you most probably have a blocked drain or waste pipe. Limit the use of this fixture and give us a call to get it sorted.
Locate the water toby out the front of your property, lift toby lid and turn the valve handle clockwise to isolate water supply.
If you smell gas remove yourself and your family from the house and call us immediately
If it is a hot water leak and you have a Rinnai Infinity you can isolate the hot water by turning off the blue valve under the Infinity. If you have a hot water cylinder, most cylinders will have an isolation valve in the cylinder cupboard that will shut off the hot water. If you cannot find any valves, locate the water toby out the front of the property, lift the toby lid and turn the valve handle clockwise to isolate water supply
